Harper Santiago, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered dermatologic care. She believes that patient education, trust, and open communication are essential components of excellent care — and she brings that philosophy to every patient interaction.
When she is not caring for patients, Harper enjoys exploring the DMV area with her husband, Nate. She also enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time with their two dachshund mixes, Honey and Winnie.

Prior to joining the practice, Harper completed her clinical dermatology rotation at Yolanda Holmes, M.D., P.C. During that time, she trained directly under Dr. Holmes, gaining hands-on experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology while learning the practice's patient-centered approach to care.
Following her successful rotation, Dr. Holmes invited Harper to join the practice as a Physician Assistant, recognizing her professionalism, clinical aptitude, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Harper worked as a Dermatology Medical Assistant, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of skin conditions. Through this role, she developed a strong foundation in patient education, preventive care, and dermatologic treatment — while discovering her passion for helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
