Physical Accessibility at Our Office

We are equally committed to ensuring our physical location is accessible to all visitors.

Our office is located on the basement level of the Chateau Thierry building. For guests who cannot use stairs or require wheelchair or stroller access, we provide an elevator.

To use the accessible entrance:

1. Proceed to the basement level entrance at 1920 St. (Chateau Thierry building).

2. Use callbox #015 to notify our team.

3. A staff member will come to greet you and provide access to the elevator.
